Dr. Prabhakar Kore, a prestigious and dynamic personality, is a former Member of Parliament in the Rajya Sabha and has served as the Chancellor of KLE University since 2006. He has been the Chairman of the KLE Society in Belgaum since 1984, the Working President of the Belgaum District Task Force on Total Quality Management in Higher Education, and the Vice-President of the All India Private Medical and Engineering Colleges Association, Bangalore. Additionally, he is a Director of both the National Federation of Cooperative Sugar Factories, New Delhi, since 1990, and VRL Logistics since 2008, and serves as a Member of AICTE, New Delhi.
